WET - FLUE GAS TREATMENT
Treatment of flue gas is to remove undesirable characteristics, like dust, soot, odor, and pollutants, like SOx, NOx, CO, H2S, from stack gas, resulting from combustion, in an environment friendly manner. Preferred method is packed or unpacked wet type scrubber, depending on the size of the plant and the chemicals used. Our system accepts using a wide variety of alcalines, especially wastewater, which will benefit in three ways. Firstly, acid not has to be added to wastewater to lower pH, because the acid produced during gas treatment will neutralize the wastewater. Secondly, operational costs for reagents of alkaline, which are used in conventional methods, are lowered. Thirdly, there will not be any solid waste production.
ADVANTAGES
  1. There is not any obligation to use softened water. Hard or waste water can be used.
  2. Water consumption is low. Water used is recycled, only a quantity of evaporated water should be added.
  3. Chemical consumption is low.
  4. The head losses are avoided due to our special scrubber design, resulting in no necessity of fans and reduces electricity consumption.
  5. The specially designed spiral-jet nozzles are chosen to prevent clogging.
  6. Nozzles are cleaned, checked and replaced without stopping the system.
  7. The system is so designed that variable emission leveles, from 1700 mg/Nm3 even to 150 mg/Nm3, can be attained.
  8. Our system has a less initial cost, compared with the equivalent systems.
  9. By-pass stack is not necessary.
  10. The systems are based on our own technology.
